If you engage our services, we collect payment information which is processed securely through Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details on our servers. Additionally, we collect non-personal website usage data through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which operates without cookies and does not collect personal information.

We use the information you provide to deliver web design services, communicate with you about your project, process payments, and send service-related updates and notifications. We may also use your information to respond to inquiries and requests. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to support our operations:

We retain project data and communications for the duration of your service engagement plus 90 days after project completion or cancellation. Contact form submissions are retained for two years. You may request deletion of your data at any time, and we will honor deletion requests within 30 days.

Your data is protected using SSL encryption for all transmitted information. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare's secure infrastructure, and access to personal information is limited to Xavier Sosa. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
